 BeadBugle.Com Keeps Evolving
Welcome to the latest version of BeadBugle.Com. As you click through the e-zine you will find many things have changed “under the hood”. Little graphical things like new groupings and improved banners, but the major task was to recreate the e-zine using completely new underlying software. We totally rebuilt the site in the last month. It is now easily to update and more stable for you as a viewer.
 The primary thing that you’ll find new is the navigation system. We are using a 4-directional icon (looks like an X-Box controller) as the primary navigational tool (insert pix). This will take you around the site quickly and easily, and allow for detours when you want more details, such as visiting the archive pages or to individual articles.
To better understand the navigational system we’ll explain how the site is set up.
Level One: Home Page or Front Page takes you directly to the first page in Level Two.
Level two: Main pages (Table of Contents and Departmental Pages): Clicking the right and left arrows will take you forward and back on this level.
Level Three: These are the Departmental Sub Pages. For instance, under Projects, we have Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets, etc. These are the pages that contain all of the archive information for past info with links and descriptions to download the pages.
Level Four: This level has the complete articles and projects.
OK, so “how do I get around the site?”
The simplest and fastest way is to stay on Level One and page-click through the individual pages (using right and left arrows). The simplest way to describe a Departmental Page is that they contain a graphic preview or introductory paragraph for all the NEW content available in that section or department. (Past articles for a given department are in the Archives.)
These pages have either pictures in the case of projects or the start of each article. If you would like to see the entire project or article, simple click on a picture or link and it will take you directly to individual page (Level Four). You can again use the left and right arrows to navigate at that level within that department, to exit that level click the up arrow twice and you are at the main level again.
If you click on any arrow and nothing happens, don’t worry…it simply means that there is no further content at that level. Try the up or down arrow (usually you will want to use the up arrow and return to the level you were at last.
Of course you can always also go to the Table of Contents and click on each item to take you directly to the desired page. A link to the Table of Contents is on the bottom of EVERY PAGE.

With over 155 pages in our main website, we still have some cleaning up to do, including graphics, better layouts and incorporating the input from our readers, please feel free to suggest changes to improve the site. But please hang in there with us during this period of transition.
“Are you done?”
Not hardly! We have many further changes planned as we move forward. The changes planned  for December will also impact our readers in a major and positive way.
